Preparatory Meeting (16-23 February 2016, Los Cabos, Mexico) for the organization of the Second International Congress on the Anthropology of Salt

On 16-23 February 2016 took place in Los Cabos (Mexico) Jornadas del Comite Cientifico (Meetings of the Scientific Committee) of the Second International Congress on the Anthropology of Salt set to take place in the same resort-town between the 12th and the 16th of October 2017.

The initiative for this meeting belonged to the Centre for Integrative Studies for Innovation and the Territory (Centro de Estudios Integrales para la Innovación y el Territorio — CEEIT), director Dr Tamara Montalvo Arce.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr Ramon Ojeda Mestre was elected Executive President of the next congress.
