At the suggestion of Dr Ramón Ojeda-Mestre, the president of the Centre for Integral Studies on Innovation and Territory (Mexico), the unlucrative project to elaborate the Encyclopedia of Salt has been launched. The encyclopedia will be supported by the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (UAIC), through the EthnosalRo project. The international scientific committee of the encyclopedia includes two researchers from UAIC, Dr Marius Alexianu (manager of the EthnosalRo project) and Dr Roxana-Gabriela Curcă.
